Where do I manage Issues?
In the Back Office, open the Issues section. The Open issues view gives you an overview of Issues that still need attention.
For each Issue, you can see information such as who created it, when it was created, which Service Site it belongs to, who it is assigned to, and its current status.
How do I create an Issue?
You can create an Issue directly from the Back Office when you need to log a problem or follow-up item yourself. You can do it either by pressing the "New issue" button in Open issues, or by clicking on the + icon next to Open issues in the Issues tab of a Service Site card.
Add a clear title and description, include useful information, attach images or documents when relevant, and assign the Issue to the appropriate team member.
This is useful when the information comes from a customer call, internal review, manager observation, or planned follow-up.
How do I update an Issue?
Open the Issue and edit the information that needs to change. You can update details, add information, change the status, or reassign the Issue.
Changes are synchronized between the Back Office and mobile app, so everyone sees the same current information.
How do I manage open Issues?
The Open issues section can be sorted and filtered to help you focus on what matters. You can narrow the list by information such as creation date, priority, customer, or technician.
You can also open a Service Site card and use its Issues tab to see all Issues associated with that site, including both open and closed Issues.
Understanding Issue statuses
Issues can have four statuses:
• Open - the Issue has been created and still needs attention.
• In Progress - work or investigation is underway.
• Resolved - the underlying Issue has been dealt with.
• Canceled - the Issue has been closed without being resolved.
Use Resolved only when the underlying problem has actually been dealt with. If the problem is no longer going to be addressed, use Canceled.
If the problem is no longer going to be addressed, use the appropriate canceled status according to your workflow.
Issues created during visits
When technicians create or update Issues during a Service Visit or Delivery, the information is synchronized with the Back Office when the relevant report is submitted.
The same Issue can then be reviewed and updated from either side. All open and closed Issues for a Service Site are also available on the Service Site card in the Issues tab.
Practical tips
Use the Issue report when you need to look back at problems already handled.
Use the Service Site card's Issues tab to see both open and closed Issues for one location.
Keep statuses accurate so historical reporting remains useful.
