Branding
These settings control how your organization appears in external communications, including externally shared service visit reports and other outgoing communications.
Upload or change your organization logo.
Choose the report accent color.
Select the report font.
Preview and download a sample external service visit report to see how your branding choices work together.
Feel free to adjust the branding settings as many times as needed until the result works well with your company's branding. Use the sample report to review the combination of logo, color, and font before settling on your preferred look.
Organization offices
Add your organization's office locations and addresses here. These locations appear in the drop-down list that mobile users see when selecting where they start and finish their working day. Keeping this list accurate is essential for proper record-keeping.
Use the plus icon to add an office, the pencil icon to edit an existing entry, and the trash icon to remove one.
Organization email
Manage the email address or addresses shown in this section.
External customer reports are sent from [email protected] to help prevent them from landing in spam. Here, you can choose the email address customers should reply to if they want to contact your organization directly.
Use the pencil icon to edit an entry or the trash icon to remove it.
Geofencing
When geofencing is enabled, mobile users are prompted to activate geolocation on their devices when they start or finish their working day and when they start or finish each job. The collected location stamps are used to show geolocation markers in Timesheets, indicating whether the person was where they were expected to be, and to power the Team locations section in the Back Office.
Across our customer portfolio, the most common radius is roughly one mile for customers who use miles, or one kilometer for customers who use kilometers. This is usually enough for scenarios such as a technician parking in a lot and walking to the building. If you need more precise location boundaries, you can narrow the radius to around half a mile or half a kilometer.

If geofencing is disabled, mobile users are not prompted to activate geolocation for these events. Timesheets will not show geolocation markers, and the Team locations section in the Back Office will not be available because it relies on location stamps collected through geofencing.
Organization opening hours
Set the standard opening and closing times for each day of the week, including break start and break end times. This lets you establish the schedule that is typical for your region or organization.
For a faster setup, enter the standard schedule that is common in your region first, then select “Apply to all sites”. Review your Service Sites afterward and adjust the opening hours individually for any locations that follow a different schedule.
This is much quicker than configuring the same hours manually for a large number of sites.
Practical tips
If the country shown in Organization details is incorrect, contact support rather than trying to edit it.
Use the sample external service visit report to check your logo, accent color, and font together. You can revise the settings until the look fits your company branding.
Keep organization office locations accurate because mobile users select these locations when starting and finishing their working day.
A radius of about one mile or one kilometer is common and usually allows for walking from a parking lot to a building.
Apply the most common opening-hours schedule to all sites first, then adjust exceptions individually.
