Where to find delivery reports
The delivery report appears in the Back Office immediately after the delivery is completed. This is different from timesheets, which are compiled at the end of the working day. You do not need to wait until the end of the day for a completed delivery report to become available.
In the Back Office, open Reports > Delivery reports. The page lists completed deliveries and provides filters to help you find a particular record. You can narrow the results using the available fields, including Search, Technician, Supervisor, Service, and the date range.
Understand the report list
Each row represents a delivery report. The list shows key details such as the delivery date, Service Site name, Service, Technician, and time spent. Other columns help you see whether the report includes related issues, assignments, replacement requests, a photo, a summary, or a report document.
If you cannot find a delivery, check the selected date range and filters first. A filter may exclude the record you are looking for.
Open and review a delivery report
Select a row or its report icon to open the delivery details. The page separates the delivery information and instructions from the delivery report itself, helping you compare what was planned with what was recorded.
Depending on the delivery, the record can include:
Delivery date, start time, finish time, and total time spent.
Service Site, Service, and assigned Technician.
Whether customer sign-off was required and whether the report was emailed to the customer.
Delivery instructions, including the scheduled delivery date and time, assignee, and whether a photo was required.
Delivery report comments or text and any photo proof attached.
Changes related to issues, assignments, and replacement requests.
Understand the delivery history
The delivery record provides a history of the completed job: when it took place, who was assigned, how much time was recorded, what instructions applied, and what report information was submitted. Related changes to issues, assignments, and replacement requests may also be shown. Use these details when checking what happened during a delivery or following up with the team.
A delivery report reflects the information recorded for that delivery. If a detail was not entered or collected during the job, it may not appear in the report.
If a delivery report is missing
First, confirm that the date range and filters include the delivery. If the technician or delivery staff member completed the job while offline, ask them to open the Saved Actions section in the mobile app. If the missing actions or report are listed there, no further action is needed; they will synchronize automatically when the connection is available again.
Practical tips
Check the date range and filters before assuming a delivery report is missing.
Review both the delivery instructions and the submitted report to compare what was planned with what was recorded.
Use the recorded start time, finish time, and time spent when checking the time information for a delivery.
Check the report's email status before sending a separate customer update.
If a completed delivery is not visible, ask the assigned staff member to check Saved Actions before recreating records.
